Qualifications

• Basic Excel and MS Office knowledge.

• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Apply credit approval of all invoice deductions and collect due payables.
• Research client records regarding charge-backs, deductions and collections.
• Track and resolve outstanding customer deductions.
• Conduct deduction research, analysis, validation, and deduction collection.
• Request backup information from customers and/or brokers.
• Reconcile deductions to Ken’s Foods budget or promotion code.
• Input data into Ken’s Foods Intranet System (accounts, amounts, codes).
• Validate and process check requests for indirect customers with approvals.
• Research proof of deliveries for adjustment claims.
• Process and maintain charge back invoices into Ken’s Foods systems.
• Approve and maintain an aging report and TO DO LIST timely.
• Process and send open statements to customers.
• Interact with customers, brokers and sales team to resolve deductions via email/phone/fax.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, brokers, and internal partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
