Qualifications

• Proficient Excel or similar desktop applications.
• General MS Office knowledge essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and resolve outstanding customer deductions.
• Research deductions, validate data and pursue collection.
• Request backup information from customers/brokers.
• Reconcile deductions to budget or promotion codes.
• Enter data into Ken’s Foods Intranet System.
• Validate check requests for indirect customers with codes and approvals.
• Perform customer deduction audits.
• Research proofs of deliveries for short/damage claims.
• Process charge back invoices to carriers/customers.
• Maintain aging reports and TO DO lists.
• Issue open statements to customers.
• Correspond with customers, brokers and sales team via email/phone/fax.
• Support Accounts Receivable and Ken’s Receptionist.
