Job summary

Kepler is seeking a growth-oriented, data-driven Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics for Retail to lead analytics across a portfolio of Retail marketing clients in New York. You will guide the paid media data strategy, translate analytics into strategic opportunities, and mentor analysts while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will own the full data tech stack for client teams, ensure accurate feeds into Kepler tools and Kip, and help grow the DS&A practice with new solutions and

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in Retail-oriented paid analytics.
• 3-5+ years working with data for major digital media platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Proficiency in retail measurement and deriving insights from mixed data sources.
• Hands-on experience with data clean rooms for measurement.
• Amazon Marketing Cloud experience preferred or transferable alternatives.
• Strong ability to communicate complex analytics with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ analysts.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable, data-driven narratives grounded in client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape Retail measurement roadmaps.
• Design and run tests (A/B, lift tests, geo experiments) to quantify impact.
• Produce analyses (LTV, propensity, fatigue, product-level modeling) for optimizations.
• Advance client-specific measurement programs and build scalable solutions.
• Convert analytics findings into client-ready storytelling.
• Own data tech stack for client teams and ensure accurate data feeds.
• Share learnings with the team and contribute to internal tools (Kip).
• Become an expert on clients’ tech stacks and how data assets connect across platforms.
