Job summary

Kepler is seeking a dynamic Director of Data Strategy & Analytics for Retail to lead analytics initiatives across a portfolio of Retail clients. This role requires deep data acumen, leadership of a team, and the ability to translate analytics into strategic opportunities for program optimization and client partnerships.

The successful candidate will shape measurement roadmaps, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive innovative data solutions across accounts.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of data experience with major digital media platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into strategic client opportunities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Advanced retail measurement experience with Retail Media Networks.
• Experience with data platforms and ETL/infrastructure concepts.

Responsibilities

• Be the senior analytics and data leader for a portfolio of Retail brands with client management responsibilities.
• Develop comprehensive Retail-focused measurement strategies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior clients and guide the team.
• Guide the evolution of Kepler’s Kip platform based on client needs and learnings.
• Coach and mentor staff across multiple disciplines and align department strategy with cross‑department leadership.
