Job summary

Kepler Group is hiring a growth-oriented Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead data-driven insights across paid media campaigns. You will translate analytics into strategic opportunities, mentor analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape client measurement roadmaps.

You will own the full data stack for client teams, drive experiments (A/B tests, lift studies), and expand capabilities in analytics, measurement, and adtech platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience working with data for major digital media platforms across channels.
• Hands-on experience using data clean rooms for measurement and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop a data-driven narrative aligned to brand objectives.
• Design and execute tests to quantify marketing impact using advanced statistical techniques.
• Develop analyses to uncover insights that support media optimizations and strategic recommendations.
• Own the data tech stack for client teams and ensure accurate data feeds into Kepler tools and Kip.
