Job summary

Kepler Group is seeking a growth-oriented and data-driven Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics for Retail to support initiatives across a portfolio of Retail clients. You will lead with deep analytics, translate insights into strategic opportunities, and mentor analysts in a collaborative team.

Expect to own the data stack, drive measurement roadmaps, and communicate complex findings to clients, while growing the DS&A team and capabilities within Kepler.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in Retail-oriented paid media/marketing analytics.
• 3-5+ years of experience with data for major digital media platforms across channels.
• Proficiency in retail measurement and deriving insights from marketing and product data.
• Hands-on experience with data clean rooms for measurement and insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop actionable, data-driven narratives grounded in client objectives.
• Contribute to Retail-focused measurement roadmaps with cross-department alignment.
• Design and execute tests (A/B, lift tests, geo experiments) to quantify impact.
• Manage custom analyses (LTV, Propensity Modeling, Creative Fatigue) for optimizations.
• Translate analytics findings into client-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Own data tech stack for client teams, ensuring accurate data feeds and visualizations.
