Job summary

Kepler is seeking a growth-oriented and data-driven Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics to lead data-informed client strategies across paid media. Translate complex analytics into actionable opportunities, mentor analysts, and help shape the analytics roadmap for multiple brands.

You will own the data tech stack for client teams, collaborate with cross-functional groups, run tests (A/B, lift tests), build models (LTV, propensity), and present insights that drive media optimization.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience with data for major digital media platforms (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on experience using data clean rooms for measurement and insights.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience with advanced analytics and marketing mix modeling, and designing media tests.
• Familiarity with modern marketing data infrastructure (ETL, storage, querying, visualization).
• Leadership experience managing 2+ direct reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven narratives grounded in client realities and brand objectives.
• Collaborate cross-department to contribute to each client’s measurement roadmap.
• Design and execute tests (A/B, lift tests, geo experimentation) to quantify campaign impact.
• Create analyses (LTV, propensity, audience segmentation) to guide media optimizations.
• Advance client measurement programs and create reusable solutions across accounts.
• Transform analytics findings into client-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Own data tech stack feeds to Kepler tools and visualization platform.
• Share learnings with DS&A team and contribute to internal tools.
