Job summary

Kepler is seeking a growth-oriented and data-driven Manager of Data Strategy & Analytics to advance client marketing strategies across paid media. You will translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations and mentor analysts within a tight-knit team.

In this role you will own the data tech stack for client teams, design rigorous tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to define measurement roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of working with data for major digital media platforms across channels.
• Hands-on experience using data clean rooms (AMC or ADH) for measurement and insights.
• Proven ability to communicate complex insights and analytics with clients.
• Experience with forecasting, marketing mix modeling, and media tests (A/B, incrementality).
• Familiarity with ETL, data storage and frontend visualization tools.
• Experience managing a team of 2+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven narratives grounded in client business reality and brand objectives.
• Contribute to each client's measurement roadmap with cross-department collaboration.
• Design and execute tests to quantify marketing impact using advanced statistical techniques.
• Manage analyses to uncover insights for media optimizations and strategic recommendations.
• Advance client-specific measurement programs and create cross-client solutions.
• Transform complex analytics findings into client-ready narratives for stakeholders.
• Own the data tech stack for client teams and ensure accurate data feeds into tools.
• Grow DS&A knowledge and contribute to Kip and internal platforms.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to Kepler culture.
