Job summary
Kepler Group seeks a dynamic Director of Data Strategy & Analytics for Retail to lead analytics, data-driven media optimization, and client partnerships across a portfolio of retail brands. You will translate insights into strategic opportunities, mentor a cross-location team, and help shape Kepler’s Kip platform roadmap.
Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years in data analytics for digital media, hands-on experience with Retail Media Networks (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel), and
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience using data for major digital media platforms across channels
- Proven ability to translate analytics into executive-ready materials
- Advanced proficiency in retail measurement with Retail Media Networks experience
Responsibilities
- Be the senior analytics and data leader for a portfolio of Retail brands with client-facing responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders in marketing and analytics
- Partner with stakeholders to determine business goals and analytics opportunities
- Translate complex analytics into clear, cohesive insights for senior clients and guide the team
- Guide Kepler’s Kip platform evolution based on client needs and learnings
- Inspire, coach, and mentor staff across disciplines and shape Kepler culture
- Support growth in pitches and RFPs with data-driven insights
