Job summary

Kepler seeks a dynamic Director of Data Strategy & Analytics for Retail to lead analytics across a portfolio of Retail clients. You will translate complex analytics into strategic opportunities, manage a talented team, and drive innovation in data analytics to optimize media programs.

You will establish measurement roadmaps, partner with stakeholders, and shape Kepler's Kip platform development. A senior leadership role, you’ll mentor staff and contribute to growth through client engagements and

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience working with data for major digital media platforms across multiple channels.
Experience building and delivering strategic data solutions for clients.
Proven ability to translate insights into executive-facing materials.
Retail measurement expertise with exposure to Retail Media Networks (Amazon, Walmart, Target).

Responsibilities

Be the senior analytics and data leader for a portfolio of Retail brands with strong client relationships.
Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders across marketing and analytics teams.
Develop Retail-focused measurement strategies with internal/external partners.
Drive innovation by creating new measurement solutions for clients.
Translate analytics into clear insights for senior clients and guide the team.
Guide Kip platform evolution to reflect client needs and tool learnings.
Inspire, coach, and mentor staff across disciplines, shaping Kepler culture.
Assist in pitches and RFPs to drive new business growth.
