Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking staff to support grocery stores nationwide. You will interact with customers, assist store teams, and use a smartphone or tablet to record shift activities. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Successful candidates will have 1–2 years of merchandising experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a retail environment. Local travel may be required.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
