Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey team is seeking individuals to support grocery stores nationwide, using smartphones to capture data for clients and help improve shopping experiences.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth and additional hours. You must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 10 lbs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic customer interaction skills.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Capable of leading and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner.
• Record and relay necessary data using smartphone/tablet after each shift.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
