Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an entry-level retail associate to support store merchandising and customer service initiatives. You will engage with customers and management in a friendly, upbeat way while using a smartphone to record daily activities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ years old, able to lift up to 10 lbs, with reliable transportation to the work location.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
