Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to support grocery stores nationwide. You will use a smartphone to capture and store essential data for our clients while delivering friendly, energetic service.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support to help you succeed, with additional hours possible and benefits customizable to your family’s needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform physical work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience and ability to lead/train others.
• Record work duties on smartphone/tablet after each shift.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
