Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for a customer-facing role in grocery stores nationwide. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with opportunities to grow within the company.

You will interact with customers, manage merchandising tasks, and use mobile devices to record shifts. Reliable transportation and a proactive, service-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• Have 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone to record shifts.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.

• You’re 18 years or older

• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
