The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring for a part-time role in Wisconsin. You will assist customers in-store, work with management, and use a smartphone to record daily tasks. No prior experience required as we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will contribute to a dynamic team, develop merchandising skills, and gain growth opportunities within the company. Training and flexible hours are available to fit your schedule.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.

Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
