The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to support in grocery store environments across the country. You will engage customers, assist management, and help merchandise products using smartphone/tablet reporting after each shift.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. The role offers flexible hours, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the Advantage Solutions network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
