Job summary

Retail Odyssey is hiring for a part-time position in Wisconsin to help shape the future of shopping by capturing essential store data using smartphone technology. No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, meet merchandising expectations, and contribute to client data accuracy while working safely in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Proficient using a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist grocery stores nationwide with data capture using smartphone technology.
• Record and store essential data for clients after each shift.
• Provide excellent customer service to store staff and clients.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 10 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
