Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Toledo, OH store to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking and planograms, maintain in‑stock levels, and support store recovery while promoting the Rewards program.

Retail or customer service experience is preferred; candidates should be able to stand for long periods and work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote the Michaels Rewards program and private label credit cards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and follow planograms (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform store recovery and returns processing.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; work with a positive, respectful attitude.
• Cross-train in custom framing selling and production.
