Job summary

Michaels in LA-Burbank is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product locations, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintain planograms to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products and solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and maintain cash-handling standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and gather feedback.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Complete merchandise recovery and keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates; cross-train in Custom Framing selling/production.
