Job summary

The role involves assisting with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, stocking and POS duties, and participating in store recovery and planogram updates.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Participate in BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support SOPs.
