Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in New York seeks a Customer Service Team Lead for full-time at the Victor location. Under the GSM/DM, you will direct department staff in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking and customer service to create a legendary shopping experience.

You will assist in interviewing, training, and scheduling, coach for positive customer relations, and resolve issues with leadership. Requires 2–4 years retail experience and a HS diploma; starting pay is $21.00–$23.75 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
