Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and merchandising directives.
• Staff department and coordinate training.
• Prepare weekly schedules and coach associates.
• Resolve customer and associate issues with GSM/DM and HR.
• Maintain high level of customer service and product knowledge.
• Conduct product demos for staff.
• Coordinate special events and price integrity.
• Uphold company policies and harassment-free environment.
• Deliver legendary customer experiences by identifying needs and recommending products.
