Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in daily operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and customer service. Under the supervision of the Group Sales or Department Manager, you will ensure a productive, friendly shopping environment and execute corporate directives such as planograms and promotional events.

The role requires 2 to 4 years in retail, a high school diploma, and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks and merchandising in the department.
• Assist GSM/DM to staff with service-oriented associates.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and execute directives.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and performance input.
