Job summary

Michaels Stores in Fresno-Clovis, CA is hiring for a Store Associate. You will provide friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and support checkout efficiency. You may help with framing sales and in-store merchandising while participating in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram compliance.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, rewards enrollments, and support for Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain store by completing merchandise recovery and go-back processes; ensure in-stock conditions.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; uphold a positive image and be a role model.
