Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Clovis, CA is seeking a Service Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will complete truck unloading and merchandising duties to keep the store well stocked and looking its best.

Responsibilities include cross training in Custom Framing selling and production, assisting with shelf replenishment, and supporting store recovery and omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms.
• Assist customers with locating products and provide solutions.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Support SISO, AD set, and store recovery tasks.
