Responsibilities

• Present a well-groomed, professional image at all times.
• Greet and welcome all customers with a smile and assist with locating products.
• Upsell related products when appropriate.
• Record all sales at the register and ensure correct change.
• Understand and follow all approved payment systems and processes.
• Adhere to state laws regarding lottery, alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Promote enrollment in loyalty programs (Plenti, BP, etc.).
• Stock coolers and shelves and ensure accurate pricing.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in food service areas to meet health standards.
• Follow security and emergency protocols and report issues to the manager on duty.
