Job Experience

1. Recent cash handling experience required
2. Proven customer service experience required
3. Computer experience in a Windows-based environment required
4. Minimum of two years recent experience working with computer database applications required
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Proficient with business office computer applications
7. Ability to develop knowledge of the Company's Customer Service Standards
8. Ability and willingness to make decisions mutually beneficial to our customers and the Company
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
10. Excellent time management skills
11. Ability to assist with calls for the CSC Servicing center
