A leading company is seeking a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist to manage customer interactions and schedule pest inspections. *Job Description*
- The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.
- Customer Service Specialists will handle inbound calls and may need to make outbound calls to follow up on appointment scheduling. They will be scored on the percentage of leads per call and their ability to book the next appointment for a technician to conduct an inspection. In some states, scheduling a service is only possible after an inspection is completed, so scheduling technicians is essential. Quotes cannot be given over the phone, which necessitates scheduling a technician for an inspection.
- Specialists will handle approximately 80-100 calls daily.
- Must have at least 1+ year of call center experience. Sales experience is a plus for overcoming objections related to scheduling inspections.
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders.
- Provide estimates or quotes for prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
*Qualifications*
- 3+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- 2+ years of experience in retention, sales, or escalations is highly preferred.
- Equipment will be provided.
- Must have high-speed internet access.
- Candidates must not miss any time in the first 3 weeks (e.g., preplanned appointments, vacations).
- Open to working multiple schedules, including weekends.
*Pay and Benefits*
- The pay range is $14.50 per hour.
