Job Description:

At Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, the Vendor Sales Account Manager develops business and retains and services clients.

Our division provides convenient access to financing for business equipment and technology, serving small organizations to Fortune 500 companies with programs benefiting manufacturers, distributors, and direct-to-businesses nationwide. We cover segments such as technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. Our goal is to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers' businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue new leads, prospects, or clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals to meet production goals.
  2. Conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss products or services, make proposals, and demonstrate how our offerings meet their needs.
  3. Cultivate relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and cross-sell additional products.
  4. Communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients.
  5. Negotiate terms and agreements to finalize sales and secure deals.
  6. Maintain thorough knowledge of company product information.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  8. Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  9. Meet monthly quota goals consistently.
  10. Develop new business and maintain existing relationships.
  11. Understand all product offerings and effectively communicate their benefits.
  12. Provide timely and accurate sales reports as required.
  13. Attend business/trade events and company sales meetings as requested.

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. It is incentive eligible.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One year of commercial, small business, equipment financing, or related outside sales experience
  • Proven results in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base salary and variable pay, with total earning potential from $40,000 to over $150,000. Top performers can earn over $300k, with opportunities for travel and recognition.

Position Details

This is a full-time role with incentive pay plans. Benefits include paid vacation, 401K, health benefits, disability, life insurance, parental leave, and more. Benefits are subject to change.
