Responsibilities

• The main function of a Customer Service/Inside Sales Specialist is to interact with customers in response to scheduling pest and rodent inspections.
• Handle inbound calls and potentially follow up with outbound calls to schedule appointments for inspections, with performance scored on lead conversion and appointment bookings.
• Manage 80-100 calls daily.
• Must have at least 1+ year of call center experience; sales experience is a plus for handling objections.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and interests.
• Demonstrate products, explain features, and solicit orders from customers.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates; provide samples and catalogs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years in retention, sales, or escalations preferred.
• High-speed internet required; equipment will be provided.
• Availability to work multiple schedules, including weekends.

Pay and Benefits

• Hourly pay: $14.50.
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, EAP, and paid time off.
