Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations from merchandising to assisting customers. You will also be cross-trained to cover the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time, in-store position with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/hospitality/food or drug store customers service experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and restocking.
• Ensuring a positive and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
