Dollar Tree Stores INC is hiring a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, merchandise flow, and customer service excellence. You will be cross-trained to assist at the front end and at the register while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and positive customer interactions. Prior retail or hospitality experience is preferred, along with strong math and communication skills. Part-time or full-time schedules may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching.
• Strong customer service, organization, and problem-solving skills required.
• High integrity and basic math proficiency for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and areas.
• Interact professionally with customers, associates and leaders.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Secure cash handling and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
