Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to customer assistance. You will cross-train to assist at the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed, while keeping the store welcoming and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.
• Cash handling and basic math skills required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain clean, presentable store areas including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly customer interactions and support.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
