Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers.

You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while ensuring a clean, welcoming shopping environment. The role involves handling merchandise receipts, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of store, restrooms, floors.
• Provide excellent customer service and friendly interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
