Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer service initiatives under supervision.
• Inspire and motivate associates to deliver friendly and professional service.
• Maintain a neat and orderly front-end area and troubleshoot register issues.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
