Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You’ll be cross-trained to manage front-end duties and cash register responsibilities, while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Experience in retail or related settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock shelves as needed.
• Clean and maintain store areas, bathrooms, and floors.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers and teammates.
• Handle sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Support front-end duties as needed and cross-train with other roles.
