Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers.

You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and positive interactions with customers and colleagues. In this role, you will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, store cleanliness, transaction processing, and cash security while maintaining integrity and teamwork across

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions while at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
