Job summary

Michaels is hiring a store team member to help customers, locate products, and offer solutions in a friendly, efficient store environment. You will handle checkout, enroll customers in rewards programs, and support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

You will also participate in unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining in-stock conditions while supporting shrink and safety initiatives. This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist Omni channel processes: Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
