Job summary

Michaels in Chattanooga seeks a friendly team member to assist customers, process checkouts, and maintain well‑stocked, attractive displays. You will support in-store and online order processes, participate in truck unloading, shelving, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them in Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and participate in feedback processes.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support store recovery, stock in‑stock levels, and merchandise presentation to reflect brand standards.
