Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Bethlehem, GA store to deliver friendly customer service and a fast checkout experience. Team Members will handle truck unload, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining a well-organized, in-stock store that supports Store recovery and brand promises.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, participating in Omni-channel processes, and cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Encourage enrollment in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram updates.
• Maintain in-stock store and complete merchandise recovery.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
