Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, from merchandising to helping customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires a strong customer service background, good math skills for cash handling, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. You will work at our Grove City location and contribute to a positive shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and restock bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Manage transactions and operate assigned cash register.
