The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate according to procedures.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock bathrooms, sweep/mop floors
• Other duties as assigned
