Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Good communication and relationship-management skills required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and handle frequent standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Keep the store clean, bathrooms stocked, and areas neat and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
