Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions, process transactions, and help maintain stock and store appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hospitality, or grocery environments is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales at the cash register and protect cash/assets.
• Maintain stock and replenish merchandise.
• Unload trucks and restock as needed.
• Keep the store clean, including restrooms, floors, and waste areas.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
