The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service in retail or related fields is preferred. You should be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
