Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and welcoming.

This part-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. The role emphasizes safe, friendly interactions and adherence to store standards in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and general neatness.
• Other duties as assigned.
