Job summary

Family Dollar in Connellsville, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a helpful shopping experience. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail, hospitality, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise, keep store stocked.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
