Job summary

You will set priority, train team members, and ensure safety and store standards while partnering with management. This role requires you to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with strong merchandising knowledge, multitasking ability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains a positive store environment.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and customer experience.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks, and ensures POS coverage.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to the team.
• Ensures adherence to labor policies and safety guidelines.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and overall store operations.
