Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Store Associate for the Grand Forks, ND location. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and ensure fast, accurate checkout including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• Must be 16 years or older per policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Operate checkout including cash handling and rewards enrollment.
• Assist with stocking, truck unloading, and planogram maintenance.
